What Skills does a PM need to have a Successful Project?
The course describes what project success is and the skills needed by a PM to ensure a successful project.
Mike Cuellar is a Professor of Information Systems with the Department of Information Systems and Analytics at Georgia Southern University where he teaches courses in managing information technology and project management. Prior to academia, Mike amassed 25 years of industry experience at EDS and Computer Sciences (now DXC Technology), Lockheed and American Software, serving in roles from programmer to project manager to engagement manager. He has worked with government agencies (federal, state, and local), healthcare organizations, manufacturing companies, and high technology companies such as NASA, Medicare, Apple, Maxtor, GM and Ask Computer. Mike brings this wide experience to address the impacts of technology on business and society.
